This really depends on the user itself because some people prefer to set the Vr focal settings themselves but others would like the Vr focal settings to be set automatically for themselves, so for me i believe this is more of a personal preference issue but also if you are able to set the Vr focal setting physically you might be able to have a much more better Vr focal range than those Vr headsets that set the focal settings automatically for you
