To add, polyclinic don't stock these pills. If they give prescription you have to go to hospital or pharmacy to get it.
If you get from govt hospital it is very cheap.

If you want to get it legally, try teleconsult. I did it once for fun. You have to answer some questions before the doctor call you. The doctor then will ask how well you know and explain what he going to prescribe. After that just wait for the medication to be deliver. It's costly though. Another way, if you travelling to Thailand can buy without prescription. Even their 7/11 sell it but masked as herbs. Not sure how safe it is but I tried it before. Seem less side effect for me than having cialis.

Get the generic stuff. I tried both, feel generic more than good enough, with lesser and milder side effects.
Its cheaper too.
