Re: Non sexual health - Controlling bladder

i dont think there is a instant cure, but there are diet tips that can help to improve the situation, but as to improve how much better, I cant say for sure.

In general, you will want to avoid coffee, alcohol, citrus fruits, tomato-based products, artificial sweeteners and spicy foods.

And you will want to have more of bladder-friendly foods such as pears, bananas, green beans, winter squash, potatoes (white potatoes or sweet potatoes), lean proteins, whole grains, breads, nuts and eggs.

try to get in some exercise that are not so strenuous such as taking long walks will really help to improve not just health but muscle in your lower body.

it's not too late, your pelvic floor muscle is like any other msucle which you can strengthen it even when you are old.

no harm trying since it doesn't cost a dime.

at the same time, can try TCM.

Sian chay or Chung Hwa.

Yes, check for enlarged prostate. They will also do a uroflow test where through an ultrasound, they can check if you really did fully clear your bladder.

TS, do you have regular sex? Regular sex is supposed to help.
