I suggest you go Bangkok to eat this dish which will bring you the best taste. The restaurant can be Scala or any local Thai seafood restaurant may serve this Crab Vermicelli or Tang Hoon.

My fav porridge from Xiang Rui Zhou Pin stall at Kovan Hawker.
This is century egg lean meat porridge. I like its generous youtiao as the stall owner will give u not some but 1 pc of youtiao.
The fried shallots is freshly fried so very crispy n fragrance

Be prepared to q on peak hrs.
