From my personal experience, they don't really like capped bj compared to raw bj
They will usually do it if asked, but not willing and will try to end it fast
My guess is because of the taste of the lubricator that comes with the condom and having that taste in their mouths

To spice things up with capped bj, you can always buy those chocolate or strawberry flavoured condoms from Durex
The taste will fade away after a few minutes, but at least they will be happier to do bjs with flavoured condoms compared to bjs on a normal lubricated condom
