Get to know her as a person but no need to reveal you were a former student. Revealing that will just put her on the defensive. Given how many students she had over the years, she probably won't remember you. She may be just looking for friendship (depending on the app). Teachers have a small social circle. People judge them on what they do in their spare time. The same scrutiny doesn't apply for many other jobs.

Gonna take a long time before anything happens it seems. School holiday over soon and it seems she not really into the idea of fucking an ex-student. But have been chatting with her naughty things at least. If anything happens its gonna be like, half a year at least.
