From personal experience, the answer is YES.

I work in a number of companies in my life and I always get one to a few gals from each company everytime. I not Andy Lau look.

U need to have some charisma and can talk to get to know your target.

If u r someone who just sit in your workstation, anti social and quiet, nothing gonna to happen.

In my current company, I didn't try coz it's too sensitive. Rice bowl can be broken. But it's not impossible.

Normal. There are many ladies I know sleeping with leadership people, etc for promotions, or key benefits at work.

Nothing new. Its all over the corporate scene.
Any men who can help them in their career, the legs can be easily spread.
3some and more is nothing to them as long as they get money into their pockets.

Similarly, MLM also has a lot.
They will open their legs if you look decent enough and willing to help them clock their sales target.
If not, bring them sales from your group of friends.

Its a win-win situation for everyone. So no complains about it.
