5 stars hotel generally girls can’t enter after 9/10pm. So airbnb might be better in that sense. But if you enjoy the convenience of a hotel like myself then try the more local hotels.

Not always the case I guess. Sg best rate today is 18,904 based on cash changer. I changed at Ha Tam today at 18,800. Have been monitoring past week also and sg rate is slightly better

For BLC, u can apply for the free membership by giving them a copy of your passport. After that, the basic VIP room charge will be only 900K vnd. Then just add in the tip for the girl depending on which package - I usually go for the 100 minute package (cum 1 time) for 1.2 million vnd if I’m planning to top up for FS.
