Definitely. This budget area , 20 or 30 dollars enough already and includes roaming. Tip 20 once to a ml here when I ran out of red notes and she was ok with it , of course it was a repeat visit. The ml working in this area know the accepted rate and just try to pull a fast one on new customers.

Unless one fine day they unionize and all agree to charge tips no less than 50 dollars

Understand that the business are slow and the competition are high here, so we have good bargaining power. The ML will give in eventually, they need money more than we need to release. Btw, unlikely to return to J.

Give the ladies the standard market rate, for the extras that they provide to you.
For HJ, the rate in Singapore is 50, and Viet J did not shortchange you in terms of service level.

If you cannot afford to pay, then better stay at home and DIY.
