Now that it is in the news, going to be like geylang and install cameras and increase patrol.
I think they are there mainly for the foreigners who do not know of the revamp. But I wonder what price they are asking given they seem to be approaching indian labourers as well.

It's been there for quite a while now. Previously they were all towards the smoking area and behind the tower.
