No need register again, just show ur SG marriage cert will do bcos you can only buy condo and not landed property there... if you buy landed, it will be under ur wife name... she will be the major share holder and u will be the minor share holder

Can buy land in LOS if you know the lobang...... not necessary have to put under your wife's name or use thai proxy.

Whatever lobang, when many people do it, will be covered. Then will have to change again, which basically be cost mah.
