For HVspa I think you can call them directly and ask to speak with captain. For VIP they have Telegram channels I think.
As for other places, I think GBW just reopened. If not spas, then your best bet is the incall@hotel types. Multiple channels on Telegram. Just try the usual search terms. For freelancers I think they prefer WeChat, but obviously you'd need to be in the same location to find them.
