You really need to be careful on treatment -- if it is just a short term irritaion then often times related to hygiene etc - a good swimming or shlorine pool swim (soak) each day and avoid soaps etc will help a lot.
Need to look at the reason yu got it (important)
BEWARE of using any type of Steroid (even though doctors love giving it out) .. look up steroid damage to skin online
IF you remove the underlying reasons (hygiene/diabetes/over irritation from soaps/ wanking etc) it will clear up .. also a mild antifungal will help .. but aware that usually they contain hydrocostisone (Zarin does not)
