can symptoms appear less than a day after exposure(eg. exposure yesterday fri night and symptoms appear today)?

visited a cat150 angpai with bbbj 10days ago and a prc fl (no bj) yesterday night. both with cd for intercourse.
noticed this morning.. 2 red bumps/pimples on the scrotum.. near to the base..
so far no pain or itch..

besides herpes, what other STDs can cause red pimples on scotum?

i'm thinking whether shd i visit dsc straight on monday...
or shd i wait for few more days to observe..
