I'm not speaking for everyone, but for me it's because of the hit and miss rate for the quality of service. Not saying all asians give good service, but it is really hard to find good service from a Aust girl.
Cost also comes into the equation, as u generally pay approx AU$300+ per hr and when the service is sh*t u really get put off trying local...
