Proceed on to let me choose the FLs... 230rm for full service. Easy access as the Spa is at Level 2 of Granada Hotel and the FLs all is in a the hotel itself so proceed right to the room. Opt for Mel or Mei don’t remember the name but it’s a thai girl that was able to communicated with me in chinese. Felt soso and didn’t feel like she is very welcomed or have alot to talk with customer. But no time rush. Overall still ok... but might patronize VIP / HV instead. Came out of JB around 5pm smoothly with no jam.
