Actually all these 30 mins sessions can be avoided
What I do ...
Early in the day, when making the appt, be very clear in the sms message that the session must fully used up the whole 60 mins. If the session ended earlier, I will not pay in full.
When reach the place, ask gal again if she can give me 60 mins, if not I will not come up.
I find this usually work... if gal went back on her word and double book, she will at least let you know she has only 30 mins and willing to accept 50 for half an hr. This is better for her than losing the timeslot completely.
But most of the time, she should honor the 60 min time, and planned such that she would not overbook.
