i used to get hardon almost every morning and can feel the hardness but recently i am unable to get a hardon and even i did, its not as hard.

i also dont feel the urge of sex as much as before. previously can cum 2 to 3 times in an hour but now only 1 time. I am only at my early forties.

whats wrong with me?

loss of sexual urge is normal when u hit late 30s onward.
problem is, how bad is it.
1st thing to check is your mental condition. Stress kills a lot of enjoyment in life.

Same here with me. And was told to manage my stress and worries and work. Exercise, ample rest and eat healthy. We all grow old one day.

stress is top killer of whatever things about health. The other thing is sleep.
Get quality sleep as well. Sleeping longer doesnt mean quality sleep. Quantity doesnt not equate to quality.

exercise and diet, though helps, is secondary.
Have you wondered there are still fat old white people who can cum 3 times daily despite eating junk food and not exercising at all?

Once hit above 50 everything goes downhill especially for me, i hitting 60 soon, find that my dick doesn't remain erect throughout...only when activity is concentrated on my dick ie bj etc...other times if side track to frenching or i am eating her pussy, i realized my dick went limp...yeah the sex drive also dive down...damn i hate growing old...:mad:

covid issue lah, may be booster effect:D , eat well sleep well and of course exercise well , man 40 just start and i almost there huat ah~~:D btw, can do a full body check up, liver lung hampalang all check. From there may be can detect some abnormal figures from your health check, then only improve from there.

I have the same issue. Relationship, work and diet are ok. Just suddenly don't feel any arousal urge. Watching porn have but only a while then urge is gone.:(
