Practising lawyer here. Your friend will only get in trouble if the WL is below 18. Otherwise prostitution is legal.

Recently hv raid, my colleague went to bail out a friend as he engaged FL viet, it's not so simple as let go, someone need to go down n bail out as a guarantor, lol

Since it is not a crime, at most take statement.
But need to bail means something else happened, colleague's friend with-holding details.

Your are safe are long as the girl is not underage and you are not the pimp. If you get raided, just cooperate and gave them the info they want, and they will let you go afterwards. I got raided once with my pants down. If you have to bail out your friend, confirm something is up - underage girl, drugs...
